A few years back, you and I could only edit a picture inside a Windows computer, offline. With new, rich web applications coming our way, there are many free online picture editors that we can use to enhance and modify pictures quickly, without having to download and install a photo editor inside the computer.
An online picture editor is most useful when you are using a public computer in guest mode where you don’t have the rights to install any program. PicResize is a good example of a free editor with a nice set of picture editing tools
